How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery times depend on the type of jewelry you order.
Without personalization (ready to ship): these pieces are ready to ship. You will receive your order within 7–10 business days.
With personalization: these pieces are made especially for you and finished by hand according to your personalization details. The total timeframe is 14–16 business days.

Can I return my order?

Yes, you can return your order within 30 days of receiving it. Please note that personalized jewelry cannot be returned unless it is defective. In that case, we will of course find a solution.

Is the jewelry water-resistant and does it keep its color?

Yes, our jewelry is made from high-quality stainless steel with an 18k gold PVD coating. It is 100% water-resistant and does not lose its color, even when worn daily in the shower or while swimming.

Do I need a warranty certificate?

No, you do not need a warranty certificate. Your order is automatically covered by our 12-month warranty. Your order confirmation is all you need.

Can I change my personalization after placing my order?

It depends on the situation.
Personalized jewelry: as long as production has not started, we can still make changes. Email us as soon as possible at contact@nesolvia.com and we will see what is possible.
Jewelry without personalization: as long as your order has not been shipped, we can cancel or change it. Please contact us as soon as possible in this case too.
Once the order is in production or out for delivery, no changes can be made.

Is the jewelry exactly as shown in the photo?

Yes, our photos accurately represent the product. Slight color variations may occur depending on your screen settings, but the jewelry is identical to the piece shown.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can follow your package at any time on our order tracking page.
